380 Corridor Food Drive

Several churches from around the 380 Corridor (Frisco, McKinney, Little Elm, Prosper & Celina) came together this evening to organize and prepare to distribute food collected during the area's Thanksgiving food drive. It was great to see a FANTASTIC turn-out of volunteers...way more than expected and tons of energetic kiddos (of all ages)! It was a ton of fun with very few exploded bags of sugar, flour, busted potatoes, etc... :-)

I've got to give special props to my own daughter, Jessica. She enthusiastically insisted on following through with her personal plans to help despite having an ingrown toenail "fixed" at the doctor's office less than 2-hours prior. You make me PROUD, Peanut!!!
